Brian Allen Appointed Executive Food and Beverage Director
for the Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa Dallas

DALLAS � December 4, 2007 � La Corsha Hospitality Group
and the Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa Dallas are pleased to announce the appointment
of Brian Allen as the Food and Beverage Director.
Allen will responsible for directing and operating all aspects of food and beverage operation within the historical Dallas icon, which plans to re-open at the end of this year under new management and ownership by Prescott Realty Group and Apollo Real Estate Advisors, L.P. Allen joins the Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa with over 14 years of experience in the hotel industry. Prior to joining the Stoneleigh, he held the titles of Food & Beverage Director for both the Melrose Hotel and Austin�s historic Driskill Hotel. Allen was also Senior Food & Beverage Manager at Dallas� own Mansion on Turtle Creek, and he most recently served as the Assistant Director for the Crescent Club. Allen has been honored with awards including, �Rookie Manager of the Year� at the Mansion on Turtle Creek (1995) and �Celebration of Excellence� at both the Mansion on Turtle Creek (1997) and the Hotel Crescent Court (2006). �We are very proud to have Brian as a part of the Stoneleigh, with his extensive experience in the hotel food and beverage industry,� said John Langston, Managing Director for the The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa. �He will be a great asset to our team.� Allen graduated from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas with a degree in hotel administration. He currently resides in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas. The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa is currently undergoing a $36 million
renovation and will offer the impeccable hospitality and premier standard
of luxury assured by renowned hotelier, Jeffrey Trigger and his La Corsha
