Mike Motichek Appointed Southeast Regional Director of
Franchise
Sales and Development for Settle Inn and Guesthouse

| ABERDEEN, S. D. (September 24, 2007) � Settle Inn LLC &
GuestHouse LLC, a leading national hospitality company with franchise operations
in 26 states and China, has announced the appointment of Mike Motichek
as southeast Regional Director of Franchise Sales and Development.
He will serve Settle Inn and its subsidiary, GuestHouse International.

With over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, 14 years in the hospitality industry, Motichek possesses an extensive and varied background in the areas of management, operations and development.
