Rowe will report to Bill Reynolds, Chief Investment Officer.  Prior to joining Thayer, Rowe was an investment sales associate with Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in its Chicago office, where he worked on hotel investment sales and financings of more than $800 million in transaction value.  His responsibilities included due diligence management, market analysis,  financial modeling and projections, asset valuations and preparation of offering materials for potential investors.  Previously, the five-year real estate veteran worked in Raymond James & Associates� investment banking department in both the Financial Services and Real Estate groups.  Rowe holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Marketing from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
