SAN JOSE, CA (September 11, 2007) The San Jose Convention & Visitors Bureau (SJCVB) recently welcomed hotel sales and event management professional Anita Pagin to its renowned sales team, announced Daniel Fenton, SJCVB president & CEO and chairman of Team San Jose.

Pagin, national sales manager, will focus on short-term business, selling the function space at San Jose's Convention Center and Cultural facilities.  She will assist with handling all markets and territories, specializing in local social events.  She will draw on extensive national sales and event planning experience she obtained while working with Wyndham Sunnyvale, as well as regional Hyatt and Marriott properties.
