entered into an agreement with Rajadamri Residence Company Limited, a subsidiary
of Minor International PCL., in which Starwood will manage the St. Regis
Hotel & Residences, Bangkok. Situated at a prominent location along
Rajadamri Road, the capital's most prestigious commercial and residential
address, the St. Regis Hotel & Residences, Bangkok comprises 198 guestrooms,
22 serviced apartments and 71 exclusive residential units. Upon completion
in early 2010, the St. Regis Hotel & Residences, Bangkok will set new
