Tim Smith, Corporate Director of Operations; Phil Brewer CHA, Regional
Operations Manger; and Joanne Johnston CHA, CHT, Regional Operations Manger.

Tim
Smith brings over ten years of hotel industry experience to Growth Properties.
With many years at a multi-property level, handling both limited service
properties and large full service conference centers. Tim and his
team will be accountable for the day to day productivity and profitability
of the hotels in the portfolio.
Phil Brewer CHA has been with Growth Properties
since 1998. Phil has solidified his place in the hotel industry, by currently
serving in his fourth year on the InterContinental Hotels Group Advisory
Board and sits as a Chairperson for several Regional Chamber of Commerce
groups.
Joanne Johnston, CHA, CHT, also employed
with Growth Properties since 1998 will coordinate and manage the Choice
Hotel brands within the portfolio. Joanne is a graduate of the School
of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and brings a sharp enthusiastic
approach to hotel management to the team. |
