NJ (July 2, 2007) � Dolce International will welcome Dolce Valley Forge,
in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania as the 26th property in its portfolio
of Hotel, Resort & Conference Destinations. Dolce will officially
take over management on July 2nd. Located just outside Philadelphia, Dolce
Valley Forge is the newest addition to Dolce's Northeast portfolio.
With 21,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, Dolce Valley Forge will offer an ideal setting for business meetings, training sessions, weekend retreats and social or corporate events. Plans are currently underway for a 17 million dollar refurbishment of all hotel and meeting facilities including the addition of 6,500 square feet of dedicated meeting space scheduled for completion by June 2008. The property was purchased by Capital Hospitality Group, a hotel investor and developer from the Washington, D.C. area and a new financial partner for Dolce. The famed King of Prussia Mall is located within walking distance and attractions such as The Constitution Center, the Philadelphia Zoo, Lincoln Financial Center, and the Wachovia Center are easily accessible via major highways. Dolce Valley Forge is located on nine acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with sweeping views, 30 minutes from the Philadelphia airport. Meeting facilities can accommodate up to 1,000 guests in 21,000 square feet of flexible meeting space including the largest ballroom in the Valley Forge/King of Prussia areas. A full range of meeting and audio visual services are available. Guest facilities include deluxe guest rooms, executive suites and luxury suites featuring Web TV, complimentary high-speed Internet access, oversized work desks, two-line telephones, dataports and coffee makers. |
