Columbia Sussex, Inc. Completes $16 million dollar Renovation and Rebranding
of the Former Wyndham in Burlington, Vermont to the Hilton Burlington

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.- August 17, 2007 - Hilton Hotels (NYSE:HLT) proudly announced the opening of its newest Hilton hotel today, the Hilton Burlington in Burlington, Vermont. Shannon Smith, the hotels general manager, headed up a flag-raising at 60 Battery Street overlooking Lake Champlain, signifying that the former Wyndham Burlington is officially the Hilton Burlington. We are extremely excited to raise the flag over the Queen Citys newest hotel, declared Smith. Using the word new to describe it is no exaggeration, given the year-long, $16 million dollar renovation thats revamped this hotel from lobby to luxury suites.

The Hilton Burlington is operated by Rad-Burl, LLC, under a franchise license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation. The hotel is owned and managed by Columbia Sussex, Inc.

With its modern, elegant amenities, the Hilton Burlington is designed to help our guests achieve transformation, productivity and reinvigoration through travel, said Jeff Diskin, senior vice president, Hilton Brand Management, Hilton Hotels Corporation. The hotel is ideally positioned to enhance the experience of both leisure and business travelers.

Each of the hotels 258 guestrooms is furnished with the Hilton Serenity Collection® of upscale in-room amenities, which includes the Hilton Serenity Bed with Serta Suite Dreams mattress, Pacific Coast® down duvet, Super Topper mattress pads, and high-quality linens and pillows; in-room coffee system, featuring world-renowned Lavazza® coffee from Italy and a Cuisinart® dual-cup, single-brew coffeemaker; and exclusive Crabtree & Evelyn La Source® bath products. Each suite also has a spacious work desk and the innovative Hilton Family easy-to-set alarm clock/MP3 player. Wired and wireless high-speed internet access is available throughout the hotel to ensure guests stay connected for work and leisure.

The stunning new lobby is more open and welcoming than ever before, and includes the inviting new Bar 60, sure to become a favorite gathering place for guests and locals alike. The new restaurant serves lunch, dinner and the sumptuous Hilton Breakfast, which features a color-coded guide to help guests select the breakfast thats right for them. The completely relocated and redesigned business center is complimentary to guests and accessible 24 hours a day.

Special attention was given during the renovation to the new Hilton Fitness Center by Precor. Now occupying 850 sq. ft. with spectacular views of Lake Champlain through floor-to-ceiling windows, the fitness center boasts state-of-the-art Precor circuit weight machines, free weights, and a variety of aerobic workout apparatus.
