announced that it has acquired GuestClick, Inc., a provider of Web-based
software and services for the hospitality industry. The acquisition will
provide Pegasus with a foundation to build a next-generation hospitality
engine to serve as one of the industry�s first major overhauls of the central
reservation system (CRS).
