Neptune Hospitality Advisors Welcomes Pair of
Hotel Veterans to Roster, Adds Texas Office

SAN DIEGO – May 17, 2007 – Neptune Hospitality Advisors, a leading hotel capital advisory firm, today announced that Jason Clouet and Patrick Bajdek have joined the organization as managing directors. Clouet is based in Neptune’s San Diego headquarters, while Bajdek spearheads Neptune operations from the company’s new office in Austin, Texas. 

Both bring a wealth of industry experience and expertise to their positions. 

Jason Clouet‘s diverse background spans 17 years in hotel real estate and hospitality operations. As managing director at Neptune, Clouet provides hands-on financial advisory, acquisition and disposition services, and asset management services. Prior to joining the firm, Clouet was president of Allegiance Hospitality Corporation, where he managed all hotel acquisition, disposition, financing, operation, and renovation activities. His experience as an operations executive, coupled with his unique ownership perspective, is a valuable asset for Neptune’s clients. 

Patrick Bajdek brings over four decades of lodging industry experience to Neptune.  From Austin, Patrick Bajdek provides brokerage, financing, consulting, and asset management services to the firm’s Southwest clients. Now, with the new office, Neptune is positioned to leverage Bajdek’s national hotel experience as well as his extensive knowledge of the South and Southwest. Bajdek’s vast network and existing client base allows for greater reach in Neptune’s transactions. Bajdek was a director with PKF Capital Markets Group before joining Neptune.
