He most recently was the Executive Chef at The Driskill Hotel in Austin. During his time with the Driskill Grill, Mr. Bull has received numerous awards and accolades in addition to appearing on the Food Network�s acclaimed Iron Chef America.  Bull battled Chef Bobby Flay at Kitchen Stadium in the heart of New York City. AAA granted the Driskill Grill a Four-Diamond Award.  Along with naming Bull one of their 10 Best New Chefs, Food and Wine Magazine named the Driskill Grill one of the top 50 Hotel Restaurants in the United States.

He was recently nominated by the James Beard Foundation for  �Best Chef in the Southwest.� He will be attending the awards ceremony in New York City in May.

Apollo Real Estate Advisors has committed to a multimillion-dollar restoration program. The hotel will undergo a complete restoration of all of its guestrooms, public/meeting space and food and beverage offerings. A spa will be added to enhance the guest experience at The St. Anthony Hotel.
