Campbell Lodging Acquires
Hilton Garden Inn in Addison, TX
Brea, CA, May 4, 2007 � Campbell Lodging, one of the lodging industry�s leading owner/operators, today announced that it has acquired the 96-room Hilton Garden Inn in Addison, Texas ( The heart of North Dallas) from Magnolia Lodging. 

�We feel this is a great acquisition strategically and improves our presence in the Dallas market,� said Marty Campbell, vice president and chief development officer of Campbell Lodging. �We are very excited to be a part of the Hilton organization and to be expanding that brand within our portfolio.� 

Located at 4090 Belt Line Road, 20 miles from the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport and 12 miles from Love Field Airport, the hotel offers guests convenient access to downtown Dallas, the Mary Kay corporate offices, the Galleria shopping mall and Legacy Park. Property amenities include 1,212 square feet of meeting space, the Great American Grill Restaurant serving breakfast daily, the Pavilion Pantry convenience mart, the Pavilion Lounge serving cocktails, an outdoor pool, whirlpool spa, fitness center and business center.
