The Le Meridien at Beverly Hills to undergo major renovations � Liquidation
sale to be conducted by NCL/National Content Liquidators, Inc.

June 2007 � Los Angeles, CA � The Le Meridien at Beverly Hills closed on June 9th and will undergo a complete transformation, re-emerging as the SLS Los Angeles in March 2008.  Owners, SBE Hotel Group, have retained the services of NCL/National Content Liquidators, leading experts in hotel liquidation management, to clear the hotel of its current contents as a prelude to the renovation project.    

NCL�s liquidation sale began June 15th  and is open to both the hospitality industry and the general public.  It will continue daily, Monday-Saturday, 10:00 am-7:00 pm and Sunday, 12:00-5:00 pm.  The Le Meridien is located at 465 South La Cienga Blvd.

Items of interest for sale will be the complete contents of the hotel�s over 200 guestrooms and suites featuring color TV�s, complete bed sets, room linens, wardrobes, artwork, lamps, loveseats, coffee tables and end tables.  Also available will be lobby furnishings, fitness center, office furnishings, pool and patio furnishings, bar and restaurant equipment as well as other items too numerous to mention.

NCL has remarketed the contents of more than 800 hotels and resorts in the continental U.S. and offshore, successfully completing over 300,000 guestrooms ranging in size from 100 to 2,000 room properties.  Upcoming NCL liquidation sales include the former Sheraton Bal Harbour, Bal Harbour, FL and the Crowne Plaza Oceanfront, Singer Island.  Both liquidations will open during the month of July.
