Ms Cronin was also Area Director of Marketing SE Asia and Grand Hyatt Singapore Director of Marketing, and was responsible for relaunching the property after extensive renovations.
 
Ms Cronin holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Bond University in Australia, and was also awarded the MBA Director’s Award for Outstanding Achievement.  As a Rotary Exchange Student in Japan, she is also conversant in Japanese. She brings with her over 20 years experience in her field, in both operations and sales and marketing.
