WISCONSIN
DELLS, Wis., June 20, 2007 - Cambrian Development today unveiled luxury
designers on their $160 million Grand Cambrian Resort. In a meticulous
effort to bring a new look and true luxury to the Wisconsin Dells, the
Grand Cambrian Resort has selected an exterior Mediterranean style with
arched windows and balconies. Each condo-hotel unit's interior will feature
a sophisticated style led by world-renowned Italian designer Massimo Iosa
Ghini's Gioconda kitchen made by luxury Italian cabinet manufacturer Snaidero.
Villeroy & Boch and Dornbracht will supply stylish European fixtures
throughout the resort, while other plans include Seura television mirrors
for Penthouse units said partner Mac R. McDonald. "The complete package
of custom furniture and kitchen and bath fixtures brings together a level
of luxury that is currently only available through prime locations like
Trump, Turnberry, MGM and others in Miami, Orlando and Las Vegas."
Also unveiled today, are plans for a three-story, 40 foot long waterfall
imbedded with the Grand Cambrian Resort logo. Craig Wilkinson, GCR General
Manager and Operations Director states, "This wall of water is a first
for Wisconsin Dells. It offers every visitor an instant feel of escape
and relaxation as a greeting to the Grand Cambrian Resort. We are ecstatic
about being a world-class luxury resort located on the Wisconsin River
in Wisconsin Dells."
The site's natural bluffs of Cambrian stone, over 2000 feet of Wisconsin
River shoreline and acres of woods set the scene with extreme beauty for
five stories of "hotel" style condominiums. Each unit on the resort's first
four floors will be dividable into two sub-units of a two-bedroom suite
with full kitchen and a studio unit with wet bar. Each 3 bedroom, 3 bath
turnkey unit will come fully furnished and include fireplace, flat screen
TVs, king master suite and guest rooms featuring two queen beds. The resorts
Penthouse level features 4-bedroom units with lofted entertainment suites
that open to an amazing 120 square-foot viewing deck. In-mirror TVs, Dornbracht's
"Just Rain" showers and built-in bar areas enhance the amenity list of
each unit.
