with Duta Anggada Realty Tbk to manage the St. Regis Hotel & Residences,
Jakarta. Located on Jalan Jendral Sudirman – also known as Jakarta’s Wall
Street – the newly built property will be ideally positioned to serve the
city’s bustling business community. The St. Regis Hotel & Residences
will offer 176 guest rooms and 284 whole-ownership residential units when
it opens in 2011.
