Appoints Key Corporate and Hotel Personnel

the appointments and promotions of key corporate and property personnel.
Keith Acker as General Manager at the Royal Mansions Resort, Cape Canaveral, FL. Acker served previously as general manager at the Wingate Inn La Guardia, Flushing, NY, and in the same position at the Four Points by Sheraton in Woburn, MA. Acker has served in various positions in the hotel industry for the past ten years. Acker has a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Hospitality Management from New York Institute of Technology.
George Brewer as General Manager at Holiday Inn Express, Abingdon, VA. Brewer has served as general manager for the past nine years at this property whose management contract was recently acquired by Coakley & Williams. Brewer previously served as general manager and food & beverage manager at various Intercontinental Hotels across the country for more than 25 years. He attended California State Polytechnic University Pomona, CA and received a degree in Restaurant Operations.
Nichole Kaminski as Director of Sales at the Royal Mansions Resort, Cape Canaveral, FL. Kaminski was formerly co-general manager at the Inn at Cocoa Beach, having served in a variety of operations and management positions, including sales and public relations, for more than 12 years.
Nancy Lewis, CAM, as Resort Manager at the Royal Mansions Resort, Cape Canaveral, FL. Lewis has served as accounting manager and other operations and administrative positions at Royal Mansions Resort where she has been employed for more than 11 years, prior to this promotion.
C.T. Weber as General Manager at Traditions at the Glen, Johnson City, NY. Weber most recently served three years as the general manager of the BW Grand Victorian Inn, Sayre, PA. He brings to his new position four years as GM/COO for a semi-private country club in central Pennsylvania, and 30 years of hospitality experience including regional director of operations for 12 hotels throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.
Wade Michael, CHA, as General Manager at the Wingate Inn, LaGuardia, Flushing, NY. Michael was general manager at the Sheraton Hotel North Charleston, Charleston, SC, prior to his assignment in Flushing. He has also served as general manager over the last 25 years with Marriott, Hilton, Clarion, Holiday Inn Hotels, as well as several independent hotels and resorts. Michael graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and received his designated as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) by the American Lodging Association.
Michael W. Parent as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Parent's previous experience includes operations and sales management positions with Potomac Hotel Group, TAJ Hotels International, Hilton, and Sunburst Hospitality. He also served as vice president of New Hotel Services at Choice Hotels International. Parent is a 28-year veteran of the hospitality industry and received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland.
Mark Williams as Director of Operations. Williams has a B.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management. He has five years of working experience with the Walt Disney Company in various positions and roles. Williams is currently visiting the properties of Coakley and Williams, as well as familiarizing himself with the spectrum of services that the company provides.
Stephanie Williams as Manager of Training. Williams is a recent graduate of the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management. Prior to joining Coakley & Williams, she worked with Marriott Corporation at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes as Activities Coordinator. She has been active in numerous organizations and charity events and will be continuing her outreach to the community here in Maryland. Williams will be responsible for developing and facilitating training sessions for Coakley & Williams.
