As Director of Operations - Caribbean, Michael Phillips will oversee and direct the operations of four hotels and resorts with all general managers reporting to him. He has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry mainly within The Leading Hotels of the World and Preferred Hotels environments. 

When asked about his appointment Mr. Phillips said: �My objective is to continue in developing and producing winning hospitality teams that will generate profits as established by the owner while achieving a distinction in guest relation management. My role is to set the exemplary standard by keeping an emphasis for each hotel and resort on achieving bottom line results with the primary focus in creating guest loyalty by applying guest relation principles of continued attentiveness, awareness and appreciation."
