MCLEAN, Va., March 26, 2007 - Crestline Hotels & Resorts today
announced the appointment of Edward Hoganson as Senior Vice President of
Development & Finance. Hoganson rejoins Crestline from Sunrise Senior
Living where he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Acquisitions
for the past two years. Prior to that Hoganson was Vice President of Acquisitions

Tom Baker, EVP and Chief Investment Officer. He will oversee the company's
assets, as well as lead the push to acquire new properties for management.
"Ed is a wonderful asset to the Crestline team and we are delighted

and management experience will be a tremendous asset as our company continues
its aggressive expansion," added Baker.
