Conference to its Education Schedule |
| Austin, Texas; March 8, 2007 - Hospitality Financial and Technology
Professionals (HFTP) is offering a brand new educational opportunity with
its Assistant Controllers Conference. The two day conference will offer
education sessions specifically relevant to financial professionals at
the assistant controllers level. The conference is scheduled for August
19-20 at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel in Charlotte, N.C.
"The HFTP Board has recently looked in to expanding its educational resources to financial professionals at all levels in the hospitality industry," said Agnes DeFranco, Ed.D., CHAE. "The Assistant Controllers Conference is our first step, with the aim to provide these professionals an educational edge, and potentially help them advance to the next level." Details and online registration for the HFTP Assistant Controllers Conference will be available in early June at www.hftp.org. HFTP provides a number of education programs throughout the year, offering the Club and Hotel Controllers Conferences twice (March 19-20 and June 26-27), the Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC, June 25-28), and the HFTP Annual Convention & Tradeshow (October 17-20). In addition, the association offers real-time, online education sessions through ProLinks, HFTP's online community.
