Leading hospitality management company uses online marketing
to engage and educate customers and prospects

PHILADELPHIA (March 23, 2007) ARAMARK Harrison Lodging (AHL), a leading hospitality management company for more than three decades, today announced it has launched a new interactive Web site, www.aramarkharrisonlodging.com.

AHL designed the new Web site to function as an online marketing tool and to help educate guests and prospects of how the company provides enriching experiences through its growing portfolio of conference centers, hotels, parks and resorts nationwide.

As electronic marketing and Web site development continues to evolve, more and more individuals are obtaining their first impressions and market awareness via the Internet, said Jeff Weggeman, vice president of sales and marketing for AHL. In response, ARAMARK Harrison Lodging has created an interactive and informational site that helps educate visitors choose from our lodging collection while also providing a cohesive brand positioning platform for the company.

The new visually engaging Web site includes animated tours, interactive maps, and downloadable brochures of all of the AHL destinations for vacation, meeting/business travel, wedding/social events and group tour. Forty Web sites featuring all of AHLs properties have been updated as part of the redesign.

Guests can more easily access information relevant to their needs through the sites new interactive activity module, which showcases what can be done at and around each property. The new layout and search function also enables Web site users to more easily explore vacations/getaways, meetings, weddings/social events and events/group tours.

Blue Square Studios, a Web site development firm based in Phoenix, Ariz., created the new site, which includes a Hospitality Toolkit that enables each of AHLs properties to update their own sites. A special section also offers a preview to find just the right location for leisure and business clients of travel agents and meeting planners.

Our new online presence brings the AHL portfolio of properties together and allows us the ability to truly cater to our customers by being able to provide them only the information they are looking for on a 24/7 basis, said Weggeman.  We now have the ability to supply them with pertinent information immediately, while showcasing our management services, corporate citizenship and new brand.
