The Forbes Hamilton team will begin to formalize marketing plans and budgets as well as begin to select on-site staff for the Sage Resort Orlando. In addition, their services will involve implementation of guest service standards to deliver the highest level of hospitality and the implementation of �State of the Art� systems providing owners and management with timely information to make timely decisions. Once the on-site team is in place, the Forbes Hamilton team of corporate professionals will support and monitor their efforts. To ensure the projects success, Forbes Hamilton will oversee all on-property Sales & Marketing, Operations and Accounting personnel.

Forbes Hamilton Management Company will operate the Sage Resort with all of the services and amenities of an exclusive resort. Guest services will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week providing Front Desk services, Concierge services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security and Bell Service. The resort will also employ a Sales & Catering team available to support the resorts conference and banquet facilities.

This 10 story Condominium Hotel has 260 fully furnished understated, intimate and relaxed condominiums. Each featuring comfortable terraces that overlook surrounding grounds.
