Investment Company, advised Nikita Hotels, Inc. in the sale of the Ramada
Limited located in Jacksonville, Florida to Okeechobee Inn, Inc. and its
subsidiary West Palm Motel Corp.
The asset was sold at 16% CAP and Price/Room of $64,102.56. Julian Mazili
