The six story interior corridor Hawthorn Suites Condominium Hotel features 112 spacious one and two bedroom suites. Design Force Corporation, a subsidiary of Valiant Products Corporation of Denver, Colorado, specializing in hospitality interior design has been chosen to design and specify the interior furnishings and finishes. Design Force has over 25 years of experience and has designed many award winning properties. Valiant, with over 40 years of national experience in the hospitality industry, will provide, manufacture, and install the furnishings for the property.  

All suite accommodations will be outfitted with fully equipped kitchenettes. Approximately 2,200 square feet of meeting and assembly space will adorn the rooftop offering sweeping panoramic views of West Palm Beach and neighboring Palm Beach. Meeting and pre-assembly space will accommodate up to 300 people comfortably. The meeting space will offer wireless communication capabilities. A centrally located guest reception and lobby area serves as the site of complimentary services for guests of the Hawthorn Suites including a complimentary hot breakfast buffet offered each morning and mid-week evening social hour. Other features of the Hawthorn Suites Condominium Hotel includes a Sundry Shop, concierge service, exercise facility, an outdoor pool, valet parking and business center services, breakfast & hospitality room, and on-site laundry facility. 

The Hawthorn Suites Condominium Hotel will offer a mix of king and queen-size beds. Working desks with modem ports and voice mail, high-speed Internet access and extended cable TV with movie channels will be offered as well. Children 18 years and under stay free with an adult.  The Hawthorn Suites Condominium Hotel will participate in the industry leading travel rewards Hyatt Gold Passport Program.
