Award for Best Guest Relations
California, February 6, 2007 – Glorietta Bay Inn announces its win for
best guest relations program in a statewide competition. The award was
presented by the California Hotel & Lodging Association in its annual
“Stars of the Industry” awards.
The award was presented in Santa Barbara on February 1, 2007. General manager Holly Shumate and sales manager Claudia Ludlow-Gonzales were present to accept the award.
This is the sixth time Glorietta Bay Inn has won the award on either a statewide or national level.
“I was especially delighted when the award presenters noted that Glorietta
Bay Inn should be in the ‘Hall of Fame’ for best guest service,” said Holly
