The award was presented in Santa Barbara on February 1, 2007. General manager Holly Shumate and sales manager Claudia Ludlow-Gonzales were present to accept the award.

This is the sixth time Glorietta Bay Inn has won the award on either a statewide or national level.

The Stars of the Industry awards were created more than 40 years ago by the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Glorietta Bay Inn will represent California in this year�s national competition for best guest relations.
