Formerly a Wyndham® and The Spencer Hotel, the Doubletree Hotel Wilmington Downtown is owned by Wilmington Hotel Acquisitions, Inc., operated under a franchise agreement with Doubletree Hotel Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation and managed by Prism Hospitality.
