Stuart Arp Named General Manager of the Sandpearl Resort, Clearwater Beach, Florida

CLEARWATER BEACH, FL (October 25, 2006) � With the topping off now complete, Coral Hospitality has appointed Stuart Arp as General Manager of the Sandpearl Resort, the first new beachfront resort on Clearwater Beach in over 25 years. The 253-room, eight-story luxury hotel is being constructed on 700 feet of Gulf of Mexico waterfront and is slated to open in the spring of 2007.

Arp boasts more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently serving as a vice president and general manager for Adam�s Mark Hotels & Resorts, including properties in Dallas, Denver and St. Louis. Prior to that position, he served as vice president and managing director for Pyramid Hotel Group, which purchased nine Adam�s Mark hotels in December 2003. Other past positions included: serving as a senior vice president at Adam�s Mark Hotels & Resorts overseeing properties in Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama and Pennsylvania; resident manager at Walt Disney World Company for the Polynesian and Contemporary resorts; and executive assistant manager at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts for properties spanning from Hawaii to the Midwest to Florida.

Arp takes pride in volunteering in his community, currently serving as president of the Boy�s and Girl�s Clubs of Volusia & Flagler Counties. He was honored as the 2003 Board Member of the Year for the Boy�s & Girl�s Clubs of Florida, and his resorts have earned Paragon, Pinnacle and Gold Key awards multiple times. Arp graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stout, with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management.

Arp and the current Sandpearl Resort team are in the pre-opening office located at 600 Cleveland Street in Clearwater until the resort opens.
