Eric Christensen Named Food and Beverage
Director at the Dallas Magnolia Hotel
Dallas Magnolia Hotel Names Three New Executives

Oct. 23, 2006 (DENVER)�The Dallas Magnolia Hotel today announced the appointment of three new executives. Raluca Leibowitz has been named Human Resources Manager, Eric Christensen has been named Food and Beverage Director and Mai Nguyen has been named Catering Manager. 

"I am delighted to have such talented new team members to help lead the continued growth and success of the Dallas Magnolia Hotel," said H. Scooter Yates, general manager. 

Leibowitz was previously corporate director of human resources for Encore Hospitality. She also has served as an HR consultant with Gemstone Resorts International, as general manager of the Grove Isle Resort and Club in Miami, Fla. and as hotel manager of the Hotel ZaZa in Dallas. 

Christensen was previously director of food and beverage for The Inn at Lost Creek in Telluride, Colo. His expertise also includes serving as the outlets manager at the Wyndham Peaks Resort in Telluride and as banquets manager for the Wyndham Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Nguyen was previously the suite catering sales manager at for ARAMARK at Minute Maid Park, where she oversaw the catering sales for a $5.5 million, 65-luxury suite department. Previously, Nguyen was the suite and catering operations manager for ARAMARK.
