Boston-Woburn in Woburn, Massachusetts to the Hilton Boston/Woburn
.

WOBURN, Mass., November 17, 2006 - Hilton Hotels announced today that Woburn's largest hotel property ( the former Crowne Plaza Hotel Boston ) has successfully completed a 'head-to-toe hotel makeover' and has become the Hilton Boston/Woburn. Catherine Stevens, the hotel's general manager, explains the scope of the renovation: "It truly is a major makeover. From dramatic new guestroom furnishings, to the creation of a brand new 'ultra lounge' to gorgeous new private dining rooms, meeting rooms and ballrooms, every inch of the former hotel has been changed to deliver on the high standards our guests expect from Hilton and to help shape their journeys. We look forward to taking care of all our guests with not only the beautiful new style and amenities, but also with equally high standards of service."

The Hilton Boston/Woburn is operated by CS Hotels Limited Partnership, under a franchise license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc., a franchising subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corporation. Columbia Sussex Corporation manages the hotel.

"The Hilton Boston/Woburn has been redesigned with our guests' needs in mind to deliver on their expectations and get the most out of their travels," said Jeff Diskin, senior vice president, Hilton brand management. "Following the opening of the landmark Hilton Boston Financial District earlier this year, this property illustrates our commitment to unique and enriching travel experiences in the Boston area."

Formerly a Crowne Plaza, the hotel is known for its central location and easy access in and out of Boston. Located approximately 20 minutes from Boston, the hotel is situated at the junction of Interstates 93 and 95, and is set in a bustling neighborhood of restaurants, shops and corporate headquarters. With golf courses, tennis and some of the state's most prized beaches close by, the hotel is at the center of business and recreation for Greater Boston. Complimentary transportation is available to nearby restaurants, malls and Anderson Station, which has a shuttle service to Logan Airport and train service to Boston. Neighboring corporations include Analog Devices, Raytheon, Teradyne, GSI Lumonics, Cummings Properties, AW Chesterton and IBM.

As guests enter the dramatic new guestrooms they are greeted with handsome deep cherry furnishings, burnished silver decor and plush white bedding. A cozy throw and a stylish yet comfortable chaise lounge are warm touches to make guests feel right at home. An ergonomic chair and large desk are found in every room for the 24/7 corporate traveler. Each of the 344 spacious guestrooms is furnished with the new Hilton Serenity Bed, which features the Serta Suite Dreams® mattress and box springs, Pacific Coast down duvet, Super Topper mattress pads and high-quality linens and pillows. All rooms feature the Hilton Serenity Bath Collection, with the exclusive Crabtree & Evelyn® line of La Source bath amenities, and the easy-to-set Hilton Family alarm clock with MP3 player connectivity.
The hotel is wired with high speed internet in each guestroom, wireless internet in the public spaces and a state of the art business center. Flatscreen TVs are expected to be installed in all guestrooms by the end of 2007. Fitness conscious guests can take advantage of the brand new fitness center and the beautiful indoor lap pool. The hotel is pet-friendly and offers special services for traveling canines. Hilton Boston/Woburn features a Hilton HHonors® Club Executive Level with private elevator access and a Concierge Lounge with cash bar, evening hors d'oeuvres, breakfast, and upgraded amenities and turndown services.

Executive Chef Franco Montoya has created new menus for his two brand new restaurants/bars. Opal was designed around an ultra-lounge concept, with sparkling martinis and stylish couches and private cabanas. Yes, private cabanas are found at this bar, a first for Boston! Chef Franco has created both a full menu and a tapas menu to complement the sparkling cocktails and conversation sure to follow in the cabanas. Two Forbes, An American Bistro, features breakfast, lunch and dinner for hotel guests, residents and visitors alike. American fare with signature steaks and seafood await Chef Franco's guests, along with mouth-watering rotisserie chicken dishes. Desserts are equally grand and satisfying, with Bananas Foster, Strawberry Shortcake and individual Apple Pie Crisps sure to be popular favorites.

Hilton Boston/Woburn features over 10,000 square feet of private dining and banquet rooms. The sparkling new ballroom can accommodate wedding receptions and corporate functions.
