InterContinental Hotels Group Opens $11 million Holiday Inn Express
Hotel & Suites Near the Sacramento International Airport

ATLANTA (Nov. 27, 2006) – InterContinental Hotels Group announced today that the new Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Sacramento Airport- Natomas has opened. The $11 million property is one of more than 500 hotels in Holiday Inn Express’ global pipeline.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Sacramento Airport- Natomas is owned and managed by G-REM, Inc., under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group and is located at 2981 Advantage Way, Sacramento, Calif. 

Guests at the 100-room Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Sacramento Airport- Natomas will experience a comfortable and smart environment with innovative guest-preferred upgrades to ensure a productive stay while traveling for business or leisure. The Express Start® breakfast bar, a complimentary café-style breakfast bar features a proprietary cinnamon roll and Smart Roast® coffee as well as other morning favorites.  The SimplySmart™ shower incorporates a proprietary Stay Smart™ showerhead by Kohler, upgraded 100 percent cotton terry towels and a new line of cinnamon-scented bath products. The SimplySmart™ bedding collection features crisp fresh bedding with an attractive decorative top sheet, a medium-weight duvet blanket and soft 200 thread-count sheets. 
 
The 59,000 sq.-ft. property offers a variety of amenities such as a business center, 24-hour front desk, complimentary parking, sundry shop, guest laundry facility and complimentary shuttle service to the Sacramento International Airport as well as area businesses and shops.  The new hotel also offers two meeting areas that seat up to 60 people as well as a boardroom for smaller meetings.
