Benchmark Appoints Warren Martinez Controller at Turtle Bay Resort .  The
Woodlands (Houston), Texas, September 14, 2006 - Benchmark Hospitality
International has announced the appointment of Warren Martinez as controller
for Turtle Bay Resort, the landmark property located on Oahu's North Shore.
Robert Boyle, Benchmark's managing director for Turtle Bay Resort, made
the announcement.

"He brings tremendous depth of knowledge and experience to his new role at Turtle Bay Resort and will be a great asset to the property as we move into the future." Previously, Mr. Martinez was senior assistant controller for the Irvine Marriott Hotel of Irvine, California. Before this he served as assistant controller at The Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui. Martinez's background also includes professional positions held with The Hilton Hotel Corporation, the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel & Tennis Club, the Palm Springs Rivera Resort, and the Disneyland Resort Hotels. He and his family reside in Kahuku, Oahu, Hawaii.
