at the The Sutton Place Hotel, Vancouver VANCOUVER, BC, September 7, 2006 - The Sutton Place Hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Bruyere to the Position of Director of Sales & Marketing. Most recently as Direct of Resort Sales with the Westin Bear Mountain Victoria Golf Resort & Spa, Peter also held various sales positions for 10 years with Fairmont and Four Seasons Hotels. In his new role, Peter will be responsible for managing rooms, conferences and catering sales, as well as marketing initiatives for this European-styled hotel. "The Sutton Place Hotel has so much to offer when it comes to business, leisure and catered events" said Peter. "Utilizing our world-class appeal, and an outstanding staff, my goal is to maximize the potential of the hotel and continue growing the business into the future. I am veryproud to become a part of this strong team." Peter received his Bachelor's degree in the Arts from Simon Fraser University. He will be moving to Vancouver with his wife, Noni, and daughter, Nia.
