Santa Barbara, CA (September 21, 2006) InfoGenesis, the leading hospitality technology company in the United States, announced four new products at its annual user group conference (InfoShare) being held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

InfoGenesis POS 4.0 is now the companys latest point-of-sale solution, while ResPAK Restaurant Management is a new product in the InfoGenesis Reservations line. Both products are integrated and are in line with the companys vision of producing guest-centric solutions for clients. These solutions complement analytics, handheld and self-service offerings that have been recently released, enhanced or are coming soon. InfoGenesis believes these significant changes in the product line will have an important impact on guest satisfaction and profitability at client companies.

InfoGenesis POS 4.0 is the latest version of InfoGenesis POS--combining award-winning functionality with new features geared to enable more efficient, guest-focused operations. New features are targeted at giving customers more control over their business both on an operational and IT side. Extensive new reporting options, system monitoring and distribution capabilities, and increased security for guest data are all highlights of the new solution. These capabilities allow client companies to focus more on their guests and improve their ability to capitalize on guest needs. They also help reduce loss and increase accountability within an organization.

ResPAK Restaurant Management is a table management and reservations solution that brings affordable, robust, and flexible functionality to operators across the country. It helps managers effectively address utilization of tables, lagging table turn times, lack of guest information and inadequate preparation for rush periods. With these common issues addressed, ResPAK Restaurant Management enables restaurants to reach peak efficiency and become more profitable, while at the same time providing exceptional guest service.

InfoGenesis Analytics is anticipated in Q1 of 2007. It will give client companies vital insight into business performance that goes beyond the already robust reporting available in InfoGenesis POS. It includes top-level, customizable dashboards, along with detailed drill-down and trending capabilities. Most importantly, it gives management at client companies the ability to keep tabs on key performance indicators such as sales and employee performance, finance and audit metrics, and menu engineering.

Were accelerating what we announced a year ago as our focus in creating and marketing new products, said Mark Tapling, President and CEO of InfoGenesis. These guest-centric solutions exemplify the integrated, innovative technology we continue to bring to hospitality. They are also part of a much larger plan to move guest experience management beyond a buzzword in the industry. Its an exciting time for hospitality, and were proud to be part it.

These new and upcoming products follow the recent InfoGenesis Self-Service release and the announced update to the companys handheld offering. The InfoGenesis Self-Service product line includes both eCash and eMenu solutions. eMenus web and kiosk ordering capabilities translate into reduced labor and inventory costs, increased customer satisfaction and fast ROI. eCash greatly increases outlet profitability through lowering labor costs associated with managing customer accounts, as well as fees associated with credit card transactions. Upcoming handheld enhancements include a write-on capability that translates into reduced training time for servers, as well as fast and intuitive ordering that enables more efficient guest service.

InfoGenesis has provided technology solutions for more than 20 years.  During that time, clients have experienced high return on investment through innovative technology, industry-leading service and receiving timely business data.  InfoGenesis was acquired by Warburg Pincus in 2004 and is headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA. Offices are operated in Las Vegas, Nevada and Princeton, New Jersey. The InfoGenesis main office is located at 1351 Holiday Hill Road, Santa Barbara, California 93117; Phone 800.242.5434; Fax 805.681.8609.
