Crestline Hotels & Resorts Appointed by Trinity Hotel Investors, LLC,
 to Manage Two Crowne Plaza Hotels


September 13, 2006 - Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced its appointment by New York based Trinity Hotel Investors, LLC as the new management company for two Crowne Plaza Hotels; The Crowne Plaza Hotel Englewood, NJ, and The Crowne Plaza Hotel Williamsburg, VA. The 194 guestroom Crowne Plaza Englewood, NJ recently completed a renovation and features 6,588 square feet of meeting space. The hotel is conveniently located in suburban NJ, only 15 miles from Manhattan and seven miles from the Meadowlands. The Crowne Plaza Williamsburg, VA offers 303 renovated guest rooms and 17,505 square feet of expansive meeting space. The hotel enjoys a resort-like location and amenities, and is only one-half mile from Colonial Williamsburg.

The Crowne Plaza Englewood, NJ

The recently renovated Crowne Plaza Englewood, NJ is an upscale hotel and meetings facility. Its 194 guestrooms and suites are well-appointed for business and leisure travelers. The hotel's 6,588 square feet of meeting space can accommodate groups of up to 275 people.
