of general manager Stephanie Bauer, a 20-year veteran of the hotel industry
with extensive Bay Area hotel management experience. The 102-room
Lodge at Tiburon reopened in late June 2006 after a $6.5 million reinvention
and is located in the heart of the charming Marin County town of Tiburon,
only ten miles from San Francisco.
Commenting on the appointment, Karl Hoagland, chairman and CEO Larkspur

Bauer received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from
Rocky Mountain College, Montana and completed a manager development course
at Cornell University. She most recently was vice president and general
manager of the Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa in Lafayette, CA and prior
to that the general manager for the Sofitel Hotel in Redwood City, CA.
With experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry, Bauer will
bring strong leadership to the Lodge at Tiburon as well as effective guidance
and management.
