Edgar Garin Named Vice President of Development, Latin America
for Radisson Hotels and Resorts

MIAMI (July 28, 2006) Radisson Hotels and Resorts International Latin America (RHILA) has appointed Edgar Garin to the position of vice president of Development. 
 
Garin had served as director of Development for Lexington Services and Vantis International since 1997. Prior to that, he was director of rooms and reservations for the Continental Companies. In addition, he has held management positions in all areas of the hospitality industry over the last 30 years.  
 
Radisson Hotels and Resorts International Latin America will rely on him to expand its portfolio throughout the territory, growing both through acquiring management contracts as well as franchising. The Radisson flag flies over some of the finest properties in Central and South America and boasts of one of the best distributions of any brand in the region.
