Located at 7762 Beach Boulevard, the hotel has an excellent location in Orange County near popular area attractions such as Knott�s Berry Farm and Disneyland.  The 199-suite hotel opened in 1982, and includes a restaurant, lounge, business center, outdoor heated pool, and approximately 3,700 square feet of flexible meeting space.   

The buyer is a California-based private company that plans to implement a significant renovation to the property.
