The Appalachian is now open to lodging guests, with significant reservations already being taken for summer/fall 2006. The Appalachian features a total of 177 vacation homes across the two phases of the development. The 77 homes in the second and final phase are expected to be complete in early fall. Designed in an Adirondack Grand Hotel motif, The Appalachian has furnished studio, one- and two-bedroom configurations. The property features the highly sought after ski-in, ski-out access, underground parking, and a host of other amenities.
