that Philip S. Harris has been promoted to General Counsel and Chief Executive
Officer. Mr. Harris, who joined the company in August 2005 as Co-General
Counsel and Chief Operating Officer, will take over from 30-year Shilo
veteran, John Kneeland who retired, April 30, 2006.
