 Hotel Booking Solutions Incorporated Selected by Unique Vacations
to Provide Demand Management for Sandals and Beaches Resorts

Atlanta, Georgia, (May 2, 2006) Hotel Booking Solutions Incorporated (HBSI) a leading provider of Demand ManagementSM technologies and services to the global travel industry, announced today that Unique Vacations Inc., the worldwide representatives for Sandals and Beaches Resorts, has signed an agreement to implement Demand Management technologies and services at 16 Sandals,  Beaches Resorts and Royal Plantation properties located across five of the most idyllic islands in the Caribbean – Jamaica, St. Lucia, Turks and Caicos, Bahamas and Antigua. 

The companies have collaborated on plans to establish an interface through HBSI’s Demand GatewayTM technology platform that enables Unique Vacations Inc. to manage their numerous tour operators and online distribution channels from a single source, providing them access to real-time rates and availability. Until now, due to previous technology limitations, a large majority of the resort company’s numerous tour operators and wholesale partners were required to build and maintain rates and availability in their own systems. HBSI Demand Management will simplify Unique Vacations’ complex distribution environment by streamlining their entire product distribution process, allowing the resort company to become the supplier of choice due to its innovative connectivity solution that increases efficiency and lowers costs for its tour operators.

HBSI’s Demand GatewayTM technology integrates the multitude of complex distribution channel models that make up Unique Vacations’ channel partners, irrespective of channel size, relationship, or technical sophistication, and provides a single, robust two-way interface from those channels directly into the company’s proprietary reservation system.   From the Demand Gateway, Unique Vacations Inc. will enable automated movement of room availability, rates, reservations, restrictions and other data elements from its properties to any distributor with whom the company has a contractual relationship.  Initial connections as part of this Demand Management initiative will include members of HBSI’s Demand Partner NetworkSM that includes well-respected companies such as Certified Vacations, Liberty Travel/GoGo Worldwide Vacations, Mark Travel, Travel Impressions and US Airways Vacations.
