Sydney, Australia � 24 May 2006 - CMS Hospitality, a leading supplier of software solutions to the hospitality industry, today announced that it�s GuestCentrix Property Management System (PMS) and GuestCentrix Point of Sale (POS) have been successfully installed at The Westminster Hotel, London.

Part of the Vienna Group of Hotels, The Westminster Hotel underwent an exhaustive evaluation of more than ten suppliers for their next-generation PMS, prior to selecting GuestCentrix from Sydney based software developer CMS Hospitality.

Commercial Director for Vienna Group of Hotels, Justin Manning, said �I believe it�s important to consider the core requirements for reception and reservations staff first, rather than purely what senior management need.  In my view, GuestCentrix offers the best of both worlds, via comprehensive reporting, guest history profiling and statistics, packaged in a very user friendly design.

The installation of GuestCentrix went very smoothly, particularly when you consider our team is made up of many nationalities, for many of whom, English is not their first language.  Having undergone eight hotel software changes throughout my hotel career, the go-live process was almost an anti-climax because there were no problems or dramas whatsoever.�

Ideally located in a quiet garden square in the trendy Notting Hill and Bayswater area, The Westminster Hotel offers 132 comfortably furnished hotel rooms, a restaurant, bar and conferencing facilities for up to 100 delegates.
