MINNEAPOLIS � May 15, 2006 � CSM Lodging, a division of CSM Corporation,
today announced Daniel Peterson has been named regional vice president
of operations. Peterson will be responsible for hotels in the Midwest and
Pacific Northwest.

As general manager of the Marriott Providence, he successfully implemented new programs and improved associate satisfaction scores. Under his leadership, the hotel consistently exceeded the brand average in the Marriott Event Satisfaction Scores and ranked in the top five-percentile in most improved service for Marriott Hotels and Resorts. Peterson�s combination of full service and select service experience aligns nicely with CSM Lodging�s portfolio. His success in working with top brands like Marriott and driving profitability while improving guest satisfaction complement the mission and vision of CSM Lodging.
