| MINNEAPOLIS � May 15, 2006 � CSM Lodging, a division of CSM Corporation,
today announced Daniel Peterson has been named regional vice president
of operations. Peterson will be responsible for hotels in the Midwest and
Pacific Northwest.
�CSM Lodging is committed to our core values of revenue, profit and quality, in which Dan�s experience will play a key role,� said Rob Dann, president of CSM Lodging. �He has proven himself an effective leader and we are excited in how he�ll enhance our hotels in his region.� With more than 10 years of hospitality management experience, Peterson comes to CSM Lodging after serving as regional manager for Meyer Jabara Hotels where he was responsible for five hotels including the Marriott Providence, Courtyard by Marriott Boston Copley and The Westport Inn, an independent boutique hotel. As general manager of the Marriott Providence, he successfully implemented new programs and improved associate satisfaction scores. Under his leadership, the hotel consistently exceeded the brand average in the Marriott Event Satisfaction Scores and ranked in the top five-percentile in most improved service for Marriott Hotels and Resorts. Peterson�s combination of full service and select service experience aligns nicely with CSM Lodging�s portfolio. His success in working with top brands like Marriott and driving profitability while improving guest satisfaction complement the mission and vision of CSM Lodging.
