 Waterford Hotel Group Names Suzanne Longo General Manager
of the Courtyard by Marriott in Norwich, Connecticut

(Norwich, CT - June 6, 2006) --- Suzanne Longo has recently been appointed as General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott in Norwich, CT.  The property is professionally managed by Waterford Hotel Group, Inc., a national hotel management firm currently operating 27 properties.  
 
Longo will oversee all operational, sales and administrative aspects of the hotel.  The Courtyard by Marriott, Norwich has been open since 1997 and features 120 guest rooms, Courtyard Café, fitness room, indoor pool, The Market- 24-hour self-serve pantry, business center and meeting facilities.   Additionally, Longo will oversee operations of the 24-room Rosemont Suites located adjacent to the Courtyard.  Longo begins her new position with many years of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently employed as the General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott in Warwick, Rhode Island.  Previously, she served as the General Manager of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Waterford, Connecticut.  Her past experience includes serving as the Assistant General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott, Norwich, CT, as well as numerous other positions held. 
 
Longo, a Norwich, CT resident, has been with Waterford Hotel Group since July 1997, and was recently honored as the company's 2005 General Manager of the Year.  "Sue has been an asset at a number of our hotels during her career with Waterford," commented Terry Bickhardt, president and COO for Waterford Hotel Group, Inc.  "She has shown true commitment to each job, has worked hard to continuously improve as a leader, and has demonstrated dedication to each hotel, her staff, and Waterford Hotel Group.  We are confident that she will excel in this new position," added Bickhardt.
