June 13, 2006 - To provide HITEC 2006 attendees and fellow exhibitors with easy, convenient, and secure printing while out of the office, PrinterOn is sponsoring the Printing Station. Attendees and exhibitors can print from anywhere that they can access the Internet or forward email�their hotel room, the convention center, the exhibit floor, even from the airport before they head to the show�to high-quality Ricoh color and black and white laser printers located in the PrinterOn sponsored Printing Station.

PrinterOn's Guest Printing Service lets guests print remotely and securely from their hotel rooms to a printer located centrally within the hotel, such as the business center or the front desk.

They may be out of the office, but they still need access to the same amenities as they have at the office. And that includes printing. To print to the PrinterOn Printing Station at HITEC, attendees simply go to www.printeron.net/hitec/2006 using a laptop computer. From this webpage, the attendee chooses a document from a drive on their laptop or enters the URL of a web page, and then types in a secure Release Code. The print job remains secure in a queue until the attendee goes to the Printing Station and enters their Release Code to release their document to the printer. Attendees or exhibitors using wireless PDAs, such as BlackBerry or PocketPC, can print to the Printing Station by sending an email or attachment to [email protected]. 

The PrinterOn Guest Printing Service is available at major brand hotels in North America including Hilton Garden Inn, Doubletree, Hilton Hotels and Resorts, Embassy Suites, Radisson, Days Inn, Choice Hotels International, Hampton Inn, Hyatt, Sheraton, Courtyard by Marriott, Renaissance, Holiday Inn as well as others.

The PrinterOn sponsored Printing Station is located in the Cybernet Center across from the main entrance to the exhibit hall and is open Monday, June 19 7:30am to 5:30pm, Tuesday, June 20 7am to 6pm, Wednesday June 21 7am to 6pm, and Thursday, June 22 7:30am to 2pm.
