Top-performing Radisson Hotel for 2005

Hotels & Resorts, honored the Radisson Hotel Utica Centre with the
Pinnacle award, as the top-performing President's Award winning Radisson
hotel for 2005 at the Carlson hotel group's annual business conference
held recently in Las Vegas. Radisson Hotels & Resorts awarded
68 of its more than 200 hotels and resorts in the Americas, Asia Pacific
and a portion of the United Kingdom, with the prestigious annual President's
Award. The Radisson Hotel Utica Centre, was recognized by company
leaders as the best of the best with the coveted Pinnacle Award.
The President's and Pinnacle award-winning hotels excelled in property quality and cleanliness, property management, marketing and sales, leveraging the revenue generating tools of the brand and delivering total guest satisfaction.

The Radisson Hotel Utica Centre has received the Presidents Award for the past 5 years and has consistently performed in the top 10% of all Radisson Hotels as measured by customer surveys. During the past 5 years the hotel ownership has invested over $4 million in renovations, including guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, meeting rooms, and restaurants. The Radisson Hotel Utica Centre features 162 guest rooms, 11,000 sq ft of meeting and banquet space, complete fitness facilities, indoor pool, the Garden Grille Restaurant and the Encore Lounge.
