the $49,050,000 senior financing for a 672-room Pinnacle Hotels USA Portfolio
located primarily in San Diego, California. The portfolio consisted
of 5 properties in San Diego County, California and one in Tulare County,
California. Neptune arranged the six individual, non-cross collateralized,
7 year loans through a national commercial real estate lender.
