as the recipients of the Company�s 2005 Inn of the Year awards. The
award recognizes the top corporate-owned and franchise La Quinta-branded
properties within the Company�s system of more than 500 hotels. Each property
was recognized for the prestigious award for excelling in several categories,
including revenue performance, overall quality control scores and guest
satisfaction.
The 118-room, five-story La Quinta Inn & Suites � Albuquerque West is located just minutes from Albuquerque�s Old Town, the Aquarium, Botanical Gardens and the Zoo. The Inn of the Year awards were presented at the Company�s 2006 National Conference held in Grapevine, Texas in March. The conference attracted more than 1,000 attendees from across the country, including general managers, franchisees and suppliers.
