St. Regis Residence Club, New York will be located on the 8th and 9th floors of the hotel, and will offer 22 deluxe studios, one or two bedroom suites with membership sold in 28-day increments. Additionally, two full floors of wholly-owned St. Regis Residences(SM) will occupy the 10th and 11th floors. Sales of both residential offerings are underway with expected occupancy of Summer 2006.
