 Executive Staff Appointments at the Coralville Marriott Hotel & Conference Center
Include Jeff Peller to the General Manager Post

CORALVILLE, Iowa � March 7, 2006 � Executive appointments were recently announced for the new Coralville Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, which is scheduled to open August 15, 2006. 

Jeff Peller, a 31-year veteran with Marriott International was named General Manager and will oversee operations for the 286-room property. Formerly, Jeff was the General Manager of the Schaumburg Marriott in Schaumburg, Illinois and the Marriott Suites O�Hare, located in Rosemont, Illinois.  Jeff brings a wealth of leadership and management expertise to the hotel. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, University of Miami, Florida.  
 
Justin R. Hannah has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing. A 15-year veteran of Marriott International, Hannah was formerly the director of sales and marketing at the Schaumburg Marriott Hotel in Schaumburg, Illinois. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola University.  
 
Deborah Mounier has been appointed Corporate Sales Manager. A 10-year veteran of Marriott International, Mounier was formerly Market Account Executive for Marriott International in Denver, Colorado. 
 
Anissa A. Wolfe has been appointed Special Markets Sales Manager. Wolfe was formerly sales manager at the Sheraton Iowa City Hotel in Iowa City, Iowa. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Loyola University.  
 
Courtney K. Goddard has been appointed Catering Sales Manager. Goddard was formerly an administrative assistant at Prudential Partners Realty in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. 
 
Shelbie Irish has been appointed as Sales Manager servicing Iowa University and University Hospitals.  Irish was formerly an Account Manager for Management Recruiters of Cedar Rapids and holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
 
The Coralville Marriott Hotel & Conference Center is owned by the City of Coralville and operated by Marriott International. It will be a smoke-free facility and the property will donate a percentage of guest room receipts in 2006 to the University of Iowa Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center for tobacco-related research.
