Fully Restored, the Historic Fort Worth Hotel
Reopens Today as Hilton Fort Worth
.
FORT WORTH, Texas - March 27, 2006 -- Hilton Hotels Corporation announced today the opening of the 294-room Hilton Fort Worth, previously operated as a Radisson, following a $10.5 million renovation. Built in the 1920s and originally known as the Hotel Texas, this celebrated hotel has housed presidents, celebrities and many noteworthy Texans throughout the decades. Registered as a national historic landmark, the hotel required special care to preserve its original character while infusing it with the technology, services and amenities required to meet the needs of the modern traveler.

The Hilton Fort Worth is owned by New Fort Tower I Hotel LP and operated by Ashford TRS Lessee III LLC under a franchise license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc., a franchising subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corporation. The hotel will be managed by Remington Hotels LP.

"We are proud to welcome this landmark hotel -- fully restored and offering the latest in amenities and services -- into the Hilton brand," said Jeff Diskin, senior vice president, brand management, Hilton Hotels Corporation. "The Hilton Fort Worth continues our legacy of offering hotels of significance culturally or within the community that are designed to help our guests experience all of the enriching leisure or business experiences that travel can offer."

Each spacious room at the Hilton Forth Worth is equipped with the new Hilton Serenity Bed, which features the Serta Suite Dreams(R) mattress and box springs, Pacific Coast(R) down duvet, Super Topper mattress pads, and high-quality linens and pillows. All rooms also have the Hilton Serenity Bath Collection, featuring the Crabtree & Evelyn line of La Source(R) bath amenities, and the easy-to-set Hilton Family alarm clock with MP3 player connectivity.

The hotel's 35,000 square feet of meeting, pre-function and ballroom space has been completely renovated. The hotel has a new Skylight Court Lounge on the second floor, a new Concierge Lounge that serves two executive floors, and a new 24-hour self-service business center. Guests can enjoy meal service at the newly-renovated Cafe Texas, or relax with an espresso and fresh-baked pastry at Biscotti's Coffee Bar. Wireless and hardwired high speed Internet access is available in all guest rooms, meeting and public space at the hotel.

Additional restoration of the historic exterior of the hotel is slated for the brickwork, intricate stone and wood detail, as well as the entrance. In addition, the 2,200 square foot Presidential Suite will be completely renovated and restored as the JFK Suite. President John F. Kennedy and First Lady, Jacqueline, spent their last night together at the hotel on November 21, 1963. The next morning, after a speech in the Crystal Ballroom, the President's motorcade embarked on its fateful appointment with history.

The Hilton Fort Worth is located in downtown Fort Worth across the street from the Fort Worth Convention Center and steps away from famous Sundance Square, with great entertainment, shopping and dining. Fort Worth attractions convenient to the hotel include Six Flags Over Texas, Fort Worth Zoo, Billy Bob's Texas, Fort Worth Cultural District and the Kimball Art Museum.

Travelers staying at this hotel have the opportunity to participate in the Hilton HHonors(R) guest reward program, allowing guests to earn both hotel points and airline miles for the same stay at more than 2,700 hotels worldwide.
